要旨本文 |
Malaysia’s rich biodiversity and extensive forests make it a high priority for sustainable forest management and conservation efforts. The study introduces sustainable law enforcement strategies for combating forest crimes in Malaysia. The strategies focus on curbing forest crimes while promoting long-term sustainability in tropical forest ecosystems. The study is important for monitoring and detecting forest crime activities, land encroachment, and environmental degradation in forested areas. These strategies combine effective law enforcement involving community engagement and empowerment, technological innovation, and long-term conservation goals. Other elements are multi-stakeholder collaboration, public-private partnerships, remote sensing, and satellite monitoring by using advanced technologies such as satellites, drones, and smart forestry tools. Sustainable law enforcement strategies are highly important to ensure that laws related to forest conservation are clear, stringent, and up to date is crucial. |
