発表題目 | ポプラにおける外生菌根形成を制御するmicroRNA319aの分子機構の解明 Exploring the functions and molecular mechanism of micro319a regulating ectomycorrhizal formation in Populus tomentosa |

要旨本文 | Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) symbiosis significantly impacts plant growth and development. This study highlights the regulatory role of Pto-miR319a in ECM formation in Populus tomentosa. Transgenic poplar lines with overexpressed (OE) or knockdown (STTM) Pto-miR319a were inoculated with Cenococcum geophilum (Cg). Colonization rates varied: OE lines had reduced colonization (21.1% ±0.13) compared to wild-type (52.9% ±0.09), while STTM lines showed increased colonization (77.3% ±0.03).Further analysis identified that Pto-miR319a targets Pto-TCP4 gene, and overexpression of Pto-TCP4 enhanced colonization (66.2% ±0.07), indicating that the Pto-miR319a-Pto-TCP4 pathway is essential in ECM development. These results offer novel insights into miRNA-mediated regulation of ECM symbiosis in poplar. |
