発表題目 ポプラにおける外生菌根形成を制御するmicroRNA319aの分子機構の解明
Exploring the functions and molecular mechanism of micro319a regulating ectomycorrhizal formation in Populus tomentosa

要旨本文 Ectomycorrhizal (ECM) symbiosis significantly impacts plant growth and development. This study highlights the regulatory role of Pto-miR319a in ECM formation in Populus tomentosa. Transgenic poplar lines with overexpressed (OE) or knockdown (STTM) Pto-miR319a were inoculated with Cenococcum geophilum (Cg). Colonization rates varied: OE lines had reduced colonization (21.1% ±0.13) compared to wild-type (52.9% ±0.09), while STTM lines showed increased colonization (77.3% ±0.03).Further analysis identified that Pto-miR319a targets Pto-TCP4 gene, and overexpression of Pto-TCP4 enhanced colonization (66.2% ±0.07), indicating that the Pto-miR319a-Pto-TCP4 pathway is essential in ECM development. These results offer novel insights into miRNA-mediated regulation of ECM symbiosis in poplar.
