要旨本文	This study investigates transcription factors (TFs) in six strains of Cenococcum geophilum from different distribution regions, focusing on their role in ectomycorrhizal (ECM) formation with Populus tomentosa. Using RNA sequencing, phylogenetic analysis, MEME motif analysis, and KEGG pathway enrichment, we identified TFs potentially involved in the mycorrhization process and predicted their downstream genes. Functional validation is ongoing using transactivation assays, with further studies planned to identify regulatory targets through yeast one-hybrid assays. These findings provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of ECM symbiosis and its contribution to forest ecosystems.
